Heard totally nothing about this movie up until I heard a preview on the radio today. Then I saw the trailer. Hooked me in good. I will go watch it.

The marketing startegy behind this movie is absolutely amazing, it has become an Internet frenzy. The producer left clues all over the Net about his movie and people spent days searching for and compiling them in order to get a better idea of the movie.

Got to the door, saw the number of people there and walked away. Maybe next week.

Review by Richard Krause on CTV gave it 3.5 stars, said it was worth seeing. That's pretty good for a critic. Compared it to Blair Witch Project as its shot entirely with a hand held camera.

Hate to spoil the fun but apparently the actual monster is a let down , according to the review in the T.O. Star . The reviewer did give it 3/4 stars though . Good review overall . I'm still seeing it .

I bet it will be hugely disappointing.

Bear in mind it is rated PG 13. No good horror/suspense/monster movie can be rated pg 13, think of the godzilla remake with ferris bueller in it...

That was perhaps the biggest disappointment movie ever . the only good thing about it was the remake of " Heroes " by the Wallflowers .

i think its interesting that they are marketing these things now by just getting it spread like this on the net.....now i do want to see it but not because of the marketing tactic, it just looks interesting.....it would be even nicer if I had a coupon, but thats only because I'm cheap ;)

My sister saw it last night and said many people walked out because of dizziness
due to the Blair Witch style camera work . Then again , these people were Torontonians , hehe . Said it was good anyhow .

I will wait till it is on DVD, but it looks interesting. I always have loved monster movies, this looks like some dreams I had, getting chased by something......seems intense! Back when Transformers was in theatres I saw the preview for it but they never gave a name, very smart marketing tactics!

you didn't miss much , i thought the movie was crap very crap , you hardly even het to see what the monster looks like ,dont waste ur cash wait and rent it
