Hey Jamex,

Our protein bulk refill bags do come with a serving scoop. Our bulk supplement powders do not as serving sizes are calculated in relation to 1 teaspoon equaling 5 grams.

In regards to how much water/milk to mix in our protein it is completely dependent upon personal preference. If you like thicker shakes than more powder may be used or the same amount of powder with less liquid.

It also depends on which type of protein is in question. Our Isolate when mixed in liquid the consistency tends to be very thin, where as our Micellar Casien will have a thicker consistency as this is a natural characteristic of Casein protein powders.

As far as milk having an impact on thickness and consistency it absolutely does as milk is naturally a thicker liquid. This also depends on which type of milk you use...using 2% will create a thicker shake than skim.
