... dirty rotten good for nothing, frimpen, ratholes!!!

Apparently no one was using it so they got rid of it.

Now I need a new exercise for my ham rotation.

I was doing:
SLDL
GHD
Leg Curls

The only thing I can think of at the moment is Good Mornings.
What other good ham exercises out there?

David Riegert looks like a marsmallow in that pic compared to when I saw him compete in Dec 75 at the forum in Montreal, where he literally looked like he was made of steel. He was outlifting guys twice his weight!

The simplest least expensive addition might be the ham movements you can do with those TRX setups. But it might offend bodybuilding "purists".

You can make your own makeshift on. Place barbell on ground with enough weight so it wont lift up slide feet under it put mat under your knees and presto glute ham raise. Or get a flat bench put it in front of a lat pull down machine, feet underneath where you normally put your knees and knees on flat bench and presto again. lol

You guys are funny but not terribly helpful. I'm going to add in good mornings for a while.

that's better. I've tried the lying on the ground glute ham raises and can't do them for reps.

I'm off to watch videos on pull throughs and glute bridges.

The Y doesn't have a cable stack big enough for pull through.
Glute Bridges on the other hand... I've never tried dry humping a bar. Interesting.

You shouldn't need a ton of weight on the pullthroughs, 200lbs should be more than enough, a lot more.
