Sorry, if this is in the wrong section.....couldn't really figure out where to put it though.

I cannot believe it! I am 3.5 weeks out from the Ottawa's (and 5.5 weeks from London's) and coming in perfectly (training with P--he is AWESOME). I know have been given the official word from the hospital that I have the flu! I feel like shit can't move and don't know what I should do :(

Just needed to rant....thanks boyz.

Ya, thats what I am thinking....P, and I have decided to focus on killing the London's and possibly forgetting about Ottawa.....that way I can heal and still have tons of time to peak nicely for London.

I was also thinking that you could come over and give me a hot oil massage Mr. O.
;)

Yep,
its for real...
I am connected medically :) and we ran a battery of tests this week. I have been having real trouble with edema (like 20lbs of water fluctuating) and cramping, I mean REAL trouble (for the past 4 weeks). Electrolytes have been up and down and all over the map..
Then my urine became ultra-foamy the last few weeks and I started to get pretty sick.
I decided to push through it because I blamed the flu (I am right on track for my show)....until yesterday when a bunch of other tests came back. GFR had dropped 5points in 4 days.
SO, I am officially pulling the plug and am pretty sad about it.

looking good I might add...I like your plan too for the new year - use this contest prep to your advantage, once your body is lean, I find it way easier to slowly add muscle.

Thanks Steve... I am a positive person, so I am indeed looking at this as my chance to take advantage of some serious lean gains.

Tests on friday showed my kidneys are bouncing back. Still having troubles with electrolytes fluctuating and edema, but holding my own. Training is coming back and body is still lean and mean..I will post a log when I am 100%, P and I will be working all winter to get me bigger and leaner than ever! Next season is MINE! Thanks again for all the kind words of support.
