Any ideas I can pass onto my wife for knocking off the baby bump? She had a baby just over a month ago, and I need to give her some positive motivation and ideas... what would you ladies suggest?

Thanks! :fwave

i was stuck in the basement suite of a one bedroom shithole apartment with no money and Cher's step aerobics workout vhs after giving birth!... (it was 1993)... aerobics and walking took most of the weight off... (9 months to put it on... 9 months to take it off!)
ps tell her she is beautiful lots!!

a month ago? She needs to be patient, it will come off. My wife is now lighter then she was pre preggy.

My wife also gave birth about 4.5 weeks ago... the last thing I want to talk her about right now is weight loss!

Be careful.....

It took time for you body to get where it is.. It will definately rebound but you have to give it time...

On my first, I decided to start at about 4 weeks or so .. All I did was some bike.. I figured it wouldnt hurt... it was light.. I only did it once for 15 minutes .

I ended up in the hospital hemorrhaging..... It was awful...

Take your time... your body will rebound but you have to give it a chance

a lot of it could still be from the placenta as it takes some time for it all to come out. gross eh.

The placenta was "born" 45 seconds after the baby.

The uterus returns to its normal size in 13 days, the rest is skin/fat. Shes rebounded extremely well, shes back in her old cloths she just has a muffin top, shes good at maintaining her body weight, she just needs a kick to get rid of it... and yes I tell her shes beautiful all the time!

Muffin top will disappear with proper diet/excercise. Baby is only 1 month old. She is probably tired and worn out. Tell her not to push it...
