I've been all over the map with creatines. My stomach doesnt like some of them. Some are ok, but not great results. I can honestly say through much testing that even over CEE, Kre or what the hell ever is out there that Creapure german creatine (the only creatine mad outside China) is the best. Taken with adequate carbs, (50 grams dex for me, or welches) I can notice strength, pump, stamina and gains with a week or 2 of starting. Cycling month on/off keeps it effective. When I come off, Within a week or 2 I can notice a loss in performance. I push hard through it, start the Creapure again, and BAM, I'm on my way up again. Awesome for me! I usually get Creapure through Allmax, their creatine is creapure. There are other names that use it, its just convenient for me. No pre-workout stim, etc comes close to what it does. Only AAS beats it (of course, allways with good nutrition, rest, and training). Luv it.

I noticed strength increase without carbs.

What's the benefit of cycling it rather than just taking it forever?

Im curious as to what one company can do differently than another when it comes to Creatine Monohydrate... i for example, get mine from Costco... pure 100% micronized CM... what makes one better than another?

The processing. There are definite variations in quality when it comes to foreign contaminants and other misc ingredients left over from processing.

CreaPure creatine is the highest quality you can get because of the way they process it. Prolab is another good brand of creatine, which happens to be CreaPure.

Its the amount of impurities in the creatine. Like creatinine. May cause stomach discomfort and not the same results. Creapure is the purest form on the planet and has many studies to back this up. Not BS studies, medical journal peer reviewed studies.

I give my stomach a break from it, and I dont get diminishing returns. It helps me, anyway.

From what i've read creapure claims 99.9 % purity where other sources claim approx 99.6% to 99.7% purity.

Some people cant take it - but if you have not tried micornized creapure id give it a shot, its the only mono i can take.
