Currently half way through prop only cycle 150mgEOD, things are going great! strength is up, overall weight has increased, and ive dropped 3% bf so im pretty pleased with how this ones going. first time with prop, only thing thats starting to get annoying is the frequent injections, which i want to avoid for my next cycle.

This will be my 4th cycle, and i want to stack two injectables for the first time. The goal for this proposed cycle is slow steady keepable gains, and leaning out a bit more would be nice as well, it all comes down to diet though, as this is the nature of what we do. I dont really want a cycle that ill blow up on, or hold alot of water, which is why i didnt choose deca. Ive used dbol in the past and i litterally blew up like a pufferfish in a few days, not fun at all lol. Anyways, now to the point...

Heres what im thinking

weeks 1-16 test e 650mg/wk
weeks 1-15 EQ 600mg/wk
weeks 1-6 & 12-18 Anavar 40mgED
weeks 1-18 ldex .25mg ED

PCT
weeks 18-22 nolva 40/40/20/20mg ED
weeks 18-22 clomid 70/70/35/35mg ED

As you can see im going to kick with var, as well as bridge right up to pct to avoid any downtime, and hopefully harden up gains before jumping into pct. Also, the reason for this cycle being as long as it is has to do with the eq, from all the research ive done, it seems that its full effects dont show untill as late as week 10 so 15 weeks seems reasonable. I wont be starting this cycle until febuary of next year, so ill have plenty of time off to recharge.

Any advice on this cycle or on PCT would be appreciated as well. This PCT is what ive used in the past and it has worked, but im always trying to refine, so if you wanna make a suggestion, im all ears.

thanks boys

I would most definitely add 250iu's of HCG x2 a wk, just to make it stick per say! HCG won't steer ya wrong ;)

have you ever checked out P-22s PCT protocol over at CJM? (maybe here as well) I swear by it ;)

yea, i have been thinking about adding hcg in there, i do have 1 amp right now 5000iu and considering its fairly cheap, i guess it would be a smart thing to get more and keep the love nuts ripe throughout the cycle instead of trying to revive them towards the end.

No i havnt seen that pct protocol yet, but im'a give'r a gander right now.

thanks for the responses boys.

so as far as cycle length and dosage, everything seems good?

^^^ i'd say your good to go dude. Dosages are a matter of opinion. And the lengths looks fine. Not to long, not to short. And the use of HCG if you'd like.

The anavar is unnecessary...being only your 4th cycle I would suggest 500mg test weekly with 400mg EQ weekly.
I would also hold off on the ldex unless you are very prone to gyno...keep it on hand but use only if necessary. Your diet will determine whether you make muscle gains or lose fat...one or the other...NOT both.

thanks for the feedback bro, appreciate it!

well as is my experience, test doesnt start hitting untill week four-five with me, and from what ive read the eq takes even longer. Sure the anavar isnt "neccesary" but neither is the test or eq from that perspective. Personally Id like to make use of every moment im shut down, from the 1st pin, right up untill pct.

I am curious about the dosages you suggested though... I contimplated using the eq at 400, but it seems most of the guys ive spoken to say that at anything under 600 and i wouldnt see the full potential that eq has to offer, being a "mild" steroid by comparison.

Thanks for taking the time to give me some feedback
