Cormier ain't no wimp either. On another board they're cutting the shit out of him saying he's not acting so cocky now. Maybe I'm biased because he's one of my faves but he's always done insane workouts.

Dorian has always been the top notch pro---the guy elevated the sport in his own ways.

Chris, well he is just Chris himself I guess. I am not a big fan of him, but he is a pro after all.

Chris has had a lot of misfortunes in his life. Also competing at the pinnacle of bodybuilding and never really winning anything. Kinda makes you bitter.

Yates is an absolute legend...one of my favourites of all time. His training style is awesome, used it right up until i started to get joint problems...

Is Chris planning to compete this year or in 2010? I thought he had a tricep problem. I like his physique and if that tricep gets fixed or is fixed, I think he can still go at it. The master`s for sure should be attainable for him.

Dorian is the king. Arnold is great but the intensity that Dorian trains with is motivating to say the least. If Chris keeps training intense with dorian maybe his comeback will be a successful one.

Looks pretty cool, wonder if Cormier is really training hard or just going through detox? lol, j/k, we've all heard the stories of him being a hard party guy.

Hope he does make a solid come back though the guy is diesel when he's on.

I`d be willing to bet he`s all in. I really don`t think Dorian would even train CC if he knew he was out popping pills... Maybe some late night toking, but that`s about it. I sure am pulling for Chris. He is the real deal...

Making at the top notch in body building is really hard t maintain every competition there is a great competitor.Following training that you are comfortable with will be a great help.

Needs the guy who trained Yates in the
original Bludd and Gutes yelling "DIESEL !"

The Shadow was a legend, he's probably my
favourite after Arnold.

You could probably break bodybuilding down into era's.
Pre-Arnold
Arnold
Haney
Yates
Coleman
