I am planning a bulking cycle soon and just wondering if I should add a Mass Gainer. Im not a skinny dude and I can pack on weight(fat) no problem. My last bulking cycle was OK but not spectacular. I know it is because on my diet. I cant eat as much as I should. I try but I just fill up. So I wondering should a replace 1 or 2 of my protein shakes with a Mass gainer or will it just turn to fat?

Instead, to your shakes add 1-1.5 cups of oats and a couple tbsp of peanut butter, or oil.

So go back to making may own? I use to blend protein, bananas, pineapple juice, ice and egg white.

I would. I'd add some oats though and nothing wrong with some fats.

It's probably cheaper, and you know EXACTLY what you are getting.

increases the carb content. And they`re nice slow release carbs. Grind them up though.

I have a bowl of oatmeal with my shake in the morning so I guess thats the same thing.
