Up your fats and take an advil. You'll be fine a day or two later.

Sounds a little neurotic to me. I don't know what your normal diet is like but you may feel a little low energy in the first couple of weeks of the palumbo template. That's about the extent of it.

this is the same withdawl symptoms i get. whenever i drastically restrict carbs my body responds like this. Nothing to worry about.

It's normal for going low/very low carb, like everyone else has said, it's withdrawal. It'll usually take around 2 weeks, depends on the individual, to get used to that particular type of diet.

I watched a video where Palumbo said never to take an advil because it's anti-inflammatroy and hinders muscle growth. That guy is a wealth of knowledge.

Never heard that before and I've known many people to take advil because it is an anti-inflammatory. I look at it like if the pill is going to help get rid of my pain and help me hit the gym then I will take it :)

i think the headaches are caused by lack of carbs to power the brain. All i know is take a shit load of fish oil everyday to keep those headaches away. And advil or ibuprofen isnt good because it hinders the natural growth cycle for muscle, muscles must be inflammed first to recover and grow

Fish oil is an anti-inflammatory as well.

Fish oil is an anti-inflammatory as well.

Probably not as strong as an advil though
