Simple...one works (clen) one doesnt (albuterol). If you are competition dieting there isnt much that will suppress appetite...deal with it!!!!

yes i have tried liquid clen... i work at an office job so i gotta think but dont have to worry about using my muscles at work.. i had no major issues with it.. sweated a bit more.. skin just felt a little more oily.. a bit of muscle cramping that i was able to deal with (more water and added in taurine).. I'd recommend going slow with it though..
dosage wise Dave Palumbo recommends:
"Start with 20mcg of clen per day and increase gradually every 2-3 weeks by 20mcg at a time. Don't exceed a maximum dose of 120mcg."
i did a lot more but if i did it again i'd probably go with something like that

Thanks for you feed back
currently i'm on a low carb diet (not zero but very low) with just around 2000 cals (im 206bls at weigh in last week)
and the hunger is starting to get at me in addition to the a big loss of energy.
So im thinking its time to add a supplament in here...

If you are hungry load up on some leafy salads... the calorie count is next to none and the fiber will help clean you out... no need to starve to death...
I don't consider clen to be an appetite suppresant... You might want to try Meltdown from VPX... it's a decent fat burner, and it kills my appetite big time...

im going to be using clen soon myself but i have tryed all sorts of " supplimental fat burners " and found vpx meltdown to work the best for myself. as andre said it works as a great appitite suppresant and for something sold in a suppliment store it did aid in the fat loss and engergy parts too.
