I sent a express post letter and a few days ago, and according to the tracking number its not in the system. It was supposed to be delivered today. So I was just wondering if canada post is messing up? Or has my express post letter lost?

i have had it not even get entered until after it was delivered so i wouldnt worry too much about it yet

Iv actually had pretty good luck with them, this is the second time a letter/package hasnt reached the destination on time. The first was when I sent a blu ray player pack to the states, but I suppose that was usps' fault.

To be honest..it all starts with you. Have the lady Scan the envelope in where you bought it at,,,thats your only insurance from the get go that it was actually mailed. Make sure she doesn't forget to stamp the envelope as well and your tracking slip also. All this should help deter any postal worker from stealing it. they see that it's already in the system, they are less likely to steal it. throw it down the street in any postal box....well....

Either way they are suppose to scan it every time it goes through a postal outlet...but they don't.

I've always received my packages , but I can't track them anymore . They use to be very good , but the last 6 months or so has been shit.

Canada post has been working perfectly for me...UPS does their job too IMO---but I guess I have been lucky.

Never had a problem with Expresspost. Regular mail is a different story.

Just a little hiccup with express post the other day... online it said my package had arrived and it clearly hadn't... then the mail lady shows up at 7:10 pm...

lol! wtf
