Holy ****ing hell these guys can lick my balls... seriously!!!

I bought a set of used tail lights for my Civic. They arrived damaged, happened during shipping. I filed a claim. Filled out all the info, gave them additional information when they requested it. Got a call from them telling me the cheque had been mailed to me and I should expect it within 10 business days.

WELL I emailed them asking where it was (it'd been 3 weeks)..... they sent it to the shipper?!??!???!

****ING MORONS. I'll never see that $$ now. Real pieces of work these guys are.......

It's stupid shit like this that makes me want to toss a few grenades at the people who come up with these policies and the sheep that lie to people over the phone. **** em all.. mindless sacks of geese excrement.

I had a friend who had a similiar issue. But UPS delivered the parcel to wrong address according to the online tracking details in which the person who signed for the deliver signed with his name filed a claim, and they told him to take the issue out with the person who shipped the parcel to him. The issue got resolved later on and they managed to get the insurance calim put onto the pkg..

Ass holes!
