Tonight at midnight I have been clean and sober for one year.

After 16 years of clean living I relapsed last year,

It was a rough ride but going back to my roots in the gym has made my recovery allot easier

So many thanks to all of you for your continued support Im grateful

also im bigger and stronger than ever 275 but the BF is lower and my abbs are back Im off the gear into PCT and I have kept most of my gains

Thanks bro I'm a full on freak when I step off the path

Its funny how after almost 16 years how quick I fell my first night out of the gate was a four day freak with two rippers I spent between 3-4K $$

Hey man i know it's hard to quit and i also know 1 leads to 3 and 3 leads to 12.....lol, but if you do drink bro HONESTLY don't get drunk. Keep er at 2-3 TOPS you know what i mean?

I have a habit of geting right ****ed now and then, but i REALLY try not to drink cause i just go overboard almost everytime and doing stupid shit is NOT something i want to do ya dig?

When im on cycle i don't really drink at all, but when im off i know i can give er with less risk to my insides so i go at er, guess thats part of the reason i want to stay on year round......lol
