If you're happy with iShares.. consider replacing XIU with XIC. You're better diversified and get a higher dividend yield ;)

If I was going to replace, Id consider looking at XRE. Although I dont think Ill replace, just purchase more shares with XRE

XRE is completely unrelated to XIU or XIC. Replacing a broad market fund with a sub-sector doesn't make any sense. If I can offer a friendly tip - look into the fundamentals on XRE, you'll likely reconsider that decision to throw more money at it in the near term.
