so i have a lot of internal rage and hate going on right now. its especially bad in the morning when i wake up, i close my eyes to snooze and the images my brain is nice enough to produce makes me want to destroy something.

i know it will pass with time, but at the moment its making me unproductive at work and affecting my day to day life. i have rationalized it to myself 100 times that its all in my head and this is just life and things happen for a reason and that my behavior is at the root of the problem, but still i just want to inflict as much damage and pain to something as i am feeling.

ive sat down and analyzed the situation, and looked at the big picture, but that only calms me down for a very short period of time...i even made a pro/con list.unfortunately i am not able to channel this rage into drive @ the gym, so i have been considering driving out to a secluded area and beating a tree trunk with a baseball bat, just so i can at least release some of it. silly i know, but i'm graspin at straws here.

if any of you have figured out a constructive way to dealing with this sort of situation, please :help.

thanks.

It's good you are reallizing there is a problem... you might want to take the time to get some professional help... something is out of balance!

Therapy.

Also, did you have this rage before you started saucing? (be honest).

And what is this rage about? Job? Parents? GF? Closet Homo? Broke?

Also, a lot of people find writing a release. Perhaps start a blog? Or a diary? (nohomo)

You might want to try Asian Shiatsu massage as a stress release :)

Not that I would know... just heard this from a friend...

I fought with anger when I was younger. I could always find a reason to blow up on people. Gym or athletics just led me to more aggession. So I say this from experience talking to someone (preferred counsellor or therapist) will help you understand where the anger comes from. Once you have this understanding you can then be at peace with yourself and others.

i have considered talking to a professional, but really i feel like its more of a temporary thing.

the juice is definately an agonist, damn tren, makes me look so good on this keto diet.

the situation revolves around my ex, which is why i have been retrospective in trying to assert to myself that this is just life and it moves on.

my gym bunny will be back in town on friday night and shes excited to get thrown around

like i said, i know this will pass with time...but man, i just need to get some of this out of me....i need some temporary release, that is all

i appreciate the responses guys

I cannot do tren for this very reason, i gave it up after 2 negative experiences previously...I needed to face the fact i just couldnt handle it emotionally, but loved the results...switched to masteron, var and prop, never looked back....Tren is a love/hate thing...i hate loving it...
I have a number of friends that also had to take it out of their list of supplements...! friend, very laid back guy, never a problem with anyone, hes 6 foot 7 280 lbs and lean, and a kind fella, went on tren and turned into a dick, kicked a few asses went to the slammer for a night, his whole personality changed, went off and felt like he was in a bad dream he said...I have another good friend that takes paxil to handle tren, i think its crazy, but he loves it and competes, takes this drug and he says he can handle it...2 options there for you l3...
Quit or get help....IMO

Talking to a pro is good advice and something I am trying to push myself to do as well. There are a few good stress/rage busters out there.

-Therapeutic massage (you want the special? lol)
-Joggin and swimming are good therapy for some
-Hang a heavy bag and giver (wrap your hands and use bag gloves)
-Join a boxing or MMA gym
-Start writing down everything that goes through your head and feel like you cant get out.
