Hey guys,
I'm new to this board and have been contemplating a cycle for some time. I've been training seriously for three years(albeit stupidly for the first year and a half). Right now I'm 5'10'' at around 195. I haven't ever had my body fat done but I'd guess it's around 12%. My diet has been good for that last year or so. I haven't tracked calories in a while but I eat few carbs, lots of fat and protein, just eating more or less depending on what I'm trying to do.
I've competed in powerlifting in the past with my best lifts being a 230kg squat and dead in a single ply metal suit. My best raw(belted) pull is 485lbs and squat is around 425 keeping decent form. My bench is pretty brutal and needs technique work.
I'm not terribly concerned with packing on piles of muscle, some good lean pounds and strength gains are what I'm after most. I realize this is a serious step and I've been trying to get as much reading in as possible. So far this is what I've come up with:
Test Enan W 1-8 250mg E3D(Front load with 750mg on first day)
Adex W 1-14 .25mg EOD(Tapering to off gradually from W 11-14)
Hcg W 2or3-8 250 IU's EOD (if i can track some down)
Nolva W 11-12 40mg ED W 13-14 20mg ED
From what I've read it looks like for the first cycle it's best to just go with test to see how your body handles it. My big concern is the pct and getting the the testes going again. Will adex and nova do the job? let me know if this cycle looks good. I won't be using until I'm confident its safe for me to do so.
