Arimidex question

I have a buddy taking 500mg Enanthate per week and 50mg Winny (oral) per day. Going into week 3 now he's says that his nips are feeling a bit sensitive/itchy.

All he has is Arimidex but they are gel caps and 1mg/cap. How the heck would one go about taking these?

1 every 4 days?

Try split the gel cap and take a half EOD?

Kind of a silly dose per cap if you ask me.

Any suggestions?

Can he get nolvadex?

I believe the half life on arimidex is three days. Maybe try 1mg E3D.

I suppose you can try splitting them and doing half EOD. He'll have to play around with the doses to see what works for him.

I would eat 40 mg nova and 1 mg adex every day for a week the drop then Nova- the adex take about a week to reach the right level in your blood then change to 1mg eod or e3d depending on how his body reacts 500mg test i only needed 1mg e3d day of adex at that does

Nova is going to be your friend in the short term for the immediate fix

Unfortunately right now he doesn't have access to nolva only has the adex.

Im going to tell him to go 1mg eod to start then 1mg e3d once the symptoms subside.

Nope....1mg per day for the first week at least (even up to 2 weeks), then 1mg eod...adex along with the other AI's take time to build up, so 1mg ed for 1+ weeks is best.
