I picked up some pre-cooked chicken breast slices at costco last night (a whole bag 10 breast worth probably).. im enjoying them now.

They are lightly seasoned but not super salty or anything, great to throw in with other foods. Delicious, easy to eat. I believe they are a Lilydale product, just thought Id throw that out there.

I also picked up 2 tubs of the Kaizen whey isolate (vanilla) not bad. Im not a huge chocolate or vanilla fan, i usually go for berry flavours, but its pretty good.

Is it real chicken breast slices or that processed chicken breast slices (think Subway)? How much the bag cost you? I get 6 8oz breasts for $11 frozen.

I'm not a big fan of costco chicken. Love the salmon though.

Was just there did not see them but I stick with the 2kg bags for $20 can't beat it and I cook them anyway I want to. Usually BBQ.

(the wife is pretty great at cooking for me as well and she is a better cook than I am!)
