if you eat a lot of tuna you should buy light tuna, not white tuna. Light is made from yellowfin and skipjack tuna which are much younger and only weigh about 20lbs where as white tuna comes from albacore witch grow to be wuite old and up to 1500lbs, therefore containing much higher mercury levels... if your eating this everyday you should seriously consider this..

Onions? That will make it stink worse!

If you don`t like tuna, there`s no way to make it taste good. It will still taste like tuna. The best solution I ever tried was mixing it with salsa, but that stuff (even the light) just burns a hole in my arse everytime I eat it.

Tuna gets old fast if you are eating it a few days a week. I get to the point where I pull out a huge spoon and wolf it down (gagging the whole time).

I find making a tuna wrap is easy and makes it much better going down.

Can of tuna
Light mayo, musard, relish and even low fat dressing.
chopped onion or celery
Salt and pepper
Lettuce
Low Carb or whole wheat tortilla

Wrap and eat.

Get as much as you can into your mouth and fill your mouth with water... swoosh around and swallow. I can do a can in 3-4 mouthfuls...

If I want to enjoy the taste, i do tune melts (buns w/ tuna and cheese melted over) or mix it in with pasta.

Personally I like the taste plain, any kind. So good luck.

Relish. Or pickles if you feel like going to the effort of cutting things.

Drink it Dave Pulcinella style!

Get light chunk, get a heaping spoonful, put in mouth and start chewing quickly into mush, take a big sip of water and swallow. Can get down like 4 cans in no time that way.

Cook a box of Kraft Dinner, after its done toss in a can of tuna and a can of mushroom soup (without the milk/water) and mix it all together with the cheese. Easy to make and I think it's ****ing delicious.

Sometimes I'll add mustard or low fat sundried tomato and oregano salad dressing. Completely kill the fish taste. But sometimes I'll eat it straight up to.

Goldseal flaked tuna packed in water is what I use

2 tablespoons of any low fat salad dressing..

A great dressing to use is no fat sundried tomato & oregano

Its the best way I have found. Tastey indeed.

1 can of tuna
1 tbs of fat free mayo
1 chopped pickle
1 tbs of crushed red pepper
2 slices of whole wheat bread
35 protein, 28 carbs and 2.5 fat (all the fat is in the bread)

Delicious! I eat it every day before bed sometimes 2 or 3 times a day.

If you like spicy food, add some pickled hot peppers.

When I cut I eat it without the bread.

I like to buy the stuff packed in oil and have it on a spinach salad with some balsamic vinegar. Good fats, lots of protein, and if edible if not pretty good

yeah those aren't bad... they've got quite a few different flavours.. and they're pretty cheap too. though the smaller ones are only like 13 grams of protein, so you gotta eat 2 or 3 at a time. the bigger cans are better but pretty high in sodium.
