View Full Version : Jwas' Fall & Winter bulk
I have been saving up for awhile now for this bulk.
16 week cycle:
250mg test enth. Mondays &
1/2 ml of test 400 = 200mgs mix test
1 week into running test I will then add..
Anadrol at 25mgs ED week 1
50mgs ED week 2
25mgs ED Weeks 3-4.
PCT will be Clomid for 3 weeks and then Nolva for 5 weeks, Might throw in Some HCG at the end of cycle to.
Second last week of the cycle will be week 11, will start the nolva, an clomid starts 1 week after the end of my cycle.
Also when on cycle if gyno symptoms begin to occur .5mg of adex will be taken, to avoid any bitch tits from happening right until end of cycle but it things get really bad I will bump it up to 1 mg ED until I begin the nolva and then ween off back down to .5mg ED Right up to 1 week after test cycle.
Not too long finished a cutting cycle for the summer now hoping to pack on at least 12LBS water gains included during cycle and keeping at least 7LBS. I have herd mixed reviews on the Adrol did it a few yrs back and gotten mad results + side were not too bad just a lil acne on the back.
My diet will be no holds bard. Not going to be particular on how I look during cycle just gonna get big and a lil fat for the winter.
Training will be Mondays Chest Light triceps,
Tuesdays Back,
Wed Off
Thursdays Calves & Light Biceps,
Friday Legs,
Saturday & Sunday off.
Will post up workouts every training day. This Will be my first long on any form and Have seen many inspirations here I just gotta share my experience with this cycle.
If any one has any advise or questions please ask.

With regards to shoulders I find I kill them on chest days, I need to try and build in these areas mostly especially back I find it hard trying to add thickness in the rhomboid region, I got it all planned on how to go about filling out my frame the next 12 weeks of bulking.
No cardio at all, Just lifting and eating.
Change of things going to be running Dbol 25mgs for 40 days on cycle instead of the Adrol...

then triceps 70lbs V-grip pushdowns 2 sets 10 reps
20LBS triceps kickbacks 3 sets 10 reps

hey man looks good so far, i wouldnt recommend adex for gyno problems, AI's only reduce aromatase blood levels so you CAN absolutely get mild gyno while running adex, use nolva if you run into any gyno problems it works much faster and can even reverse the effects as it specifically inhibits estrogen from stimulating breast tissue, good luck with the cycle man

my problem is that I should have been running both. I found that running nolva during pct at 40mg/day just wasn't enough. If you are prone but not sure how prone, I think it would be best to have both on hand to ensure you have the estrogen protection double whammy if you need it

I wil through in the Arim post cycle if It gets really bad I did have an issue a few years back after a 20 week bulk and got a little dose of gyno and am almost over the issue Just got small lumps left about the size of a jelly bean...

Also have started the Arim at 1mg ED as of wednesday and nolva @ 40mgs for 1 week until this puffiness around the Nips go away. I am running 750mg test EW 1mg of T400 and 1mg of test enth. Weigh inns are Saturday Guessing I am up 5 Lbs in total...
All sets were done with no help by spotter, and the pumps were not fit..Gotta love the PINKS! :yeah

Another good day at the gym the test has really kicked in, I have more energy and dont feel so sluggish in the mornings (this past 2 days ) getting out of bed. Still running the nolva to combat the puffy ness and it is getting better but nips are friggin tender..

Short/small workout for legs but my quads calves and hamstrings we pumped that good i could walk 3-4 after sets had to sit down and keep legs elevated, weights is at 179 tonight up 9 Lbs in total so far.
Ah fuk!
Did 1 1/4 ml of t400 and half mil enanth and my right delt is Swollen and burns like a Mo Fo. Gonna suck it up though, and get a hot bath tonight and see if this helps. I am hoping this won't interfere with my chest day tomorrow as I was going to try a 1RM. Stopping the dbol on tuesday have been running it for almost 5 weeks in total..

I got to workout earlier toady and felt excellent! My back ig going to be sore from the dead lifts tomorrow. The last time i did 205 for reps must have been a least 2 years ago or more. Right now just running the test, nolva and arimdex.

Legs were pritty totaled after this workout kept in the 45min range had to head to work right after, noticed today I was really vascular across the chest and delts in between sets, was planning on starting the Dbol again next week... The lumps I have in my nipps are down alot and Getting some more nolva to help get rid of theses bad boys with some Adex.
Felt really comfortable on the squats and went deep with each reps and on last 3 sets I went ass to the grass as far as I could got Squatting to the floor with 135Lbs which give me an excellent stretch. Will weight my self again Thurs or Friday and see where I am to, Looking leaner and more vascular as I have already mentioned.

My workout was shit today didn't feel too good starting off felt shaky during first few sets then strength went to shit. I did not feel hungry had a few cookies and a juice pack to see if this would help at the end of my workout and ended u throwing up my guts twice. Second episode was better after i finished I felt a lot better all I was thinking was I'm getting the frigging N1H1 BS, but ahhhh false alarm.
Will be finishing this cycle at the end of this month. Will be starting a new cycle after xmas enanthate and adrol, and some EQ or Deca into the mix also.
Tomorrow is Wednesday day OFF...
Still running cycle of just test alone 1/2 ml T-400 + 1/2 ml of test enanthate once a week with 20mgs of Nolva ED and arim EOD and I'm up to 183 as of tonight. Ive been of the Dbol for 3 weeks now and never lost anything and am felling stronger as the days go by.
I did 105LBs Dumbbells on Incline for 2 sets of 8 reps last week and I'm going to try 300 on squats for 3-4 tomorrow. Also I did get 405 for 1 on dead lifts 2 weeks ago. the most I have ever squatted was 315 for 4 back in 06 and dead lifted 475 and Benched 335 the same year. New years resolution is to surpass these numbers.
Finishing cycle in 3 weeks time mid dec off the test beginning of dec then PCT 2 weeks later will log and keep posted on how the PCT goes...
I got 300 for 4 last week so now my goal is to get 330 on the bench press, by mid Febuary then after I heading over to the dead lifts for lift of 450.
Next log is Adrol, and cyp.
I got 330Lbs last night on flat bench press for one easy. Started PCT this week I'm not going to run my cycle as long as I had anticipated, I have been on for 8 weeks going 4 weeks PCT then 4 weeks clean then right back at it.
