banana has 30 grams carbs and not sure how much in your rice cakes but maybe enough to keep you from going into ketosis??? and afterworkout shake should be whey isolate.. the other ones can be casein..

Diet: (for 250lb man)
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter (PWO)
Meal 4 8oz orange ruffy with 1 cup asperagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

that is one for a 250 lbs man so should i decrease or leave as is. and can i change asperagas for cuucumbers ? or green beans

Decrease.

Why are you even wanting to do a keto diet. 14% bf @ 190lbs maybe you should go on a clean bulk.

There are other keto like diets that might help you more ( TCD for example is a good one )

If you stay natural then you wont have to worry about getting huge. Just train and eat smart.

Congrats on the 12lb gain .
