Just out of curiosity...
I personally think I have a crappy build for body building, i know people that, if they put in the time and effort I have, would be twice the size and much more asthetically appealing.. know what im talkin about?
Wish I had wider shoulders!
I wouldnt make for a great pro body builder I dont think but that isnt what I want anyways. I have always been going for the Randy Orton look which I am getting closer to these days.

I think maybe a 9 to be quite honest, that don't sound very modest even though that is who I am (very modest). I am naturally a very small jointed person with naturally very wide shoulders, very small waist etc...I put on muscle with or without AAS quick and fairly easy. Even with say 2lbs added it looks more like say 8lbs added type of thing :)
I started out at 155lbs, 7 yrs l8r sat at 278lbs, juiced of course :)

IW... is cc doing provincials 2010?... any thoughts on Nationals in Saskatoon?
I'll say Im a 5... as far as just being a chick with a decent bod... then ill go with 7, but for genetics and building muscle... Im about a 3.... so an all around 5-er!
I got genetically screwed! I come from a family of Germans... all the women have that big bavarian shoulder thing and chests like barrells!.. My brother is a big guy (Im sure some winnipeggers know him) about 5'11 200 ish... My sister tops 200 LOL... which isn't quite so hot... I struggle to stay afloat of 115, but I have a FREAKISHLY small waist, which makes my shoulders look like they exist!
lalalala... killing time

I like to lift heavy and have never had any injuries/joint problems, so I'm an 8-9 there. As far as putting on muscle, I'd say I was a 5-6.....really tough time adding size.

For bodybuilding I would say I am about an 8 and same for strength which is what I really care about, but I got shafted on height so I can never truly compete at high level strongman.

Considering that I've been lifting on and off for over half my life and still look like shit, I'd have to put myself near the lower end of the spectrum.

id say maybe 7. Pretty thick to start was about 230ish..fairly small waist, thin skin and pretty veiny naturally, very round muscle belies. Pretty large joints tho so the thickness takes away from the leaness. But i dont think im blessed or curse you know.

Not the best, nor the worst. I have a naturally wide shoulders that grow easily, chest and back as well. Arms are ok. Legs are pretty big. My calves are below par and my waist is a little wide naturally. So to compete I wouldn`t do well, but in a gym setting I can say with confidence I am more advanced than most. I`d give myself a 7.5
I'd say about a 7-8. Though learning more and knowing my body over the last couple years, I'd put it higher than before.
I started around 180-190 at age 17. Highest I got to was 250-255 when I was 20-21.
Wasn't too fat either, but compared to now, where I'm currently around 235, I probably would have looked half the size I am now. Then I just didn't have any desire to get any bigger and have not tried to put on size in about 6 years.
Besides the fact that I'm over 6' I think my genetics are great. I'm all natural ( always ) and weight 235 with aprox 16% bf . I keep getting stronger and i find a hard time putting on weight , which is a good thing , IMO.

I'd have to give a 2. When I started at 16yrs old I was 6ft2, 128lbs. Always was that tall scrawny kid growing up. Small ankles, wrists, etc.. 10 years later now I'm 220 with my heaviest being around 235. It's been a long road, taken forever and still have a long ways to go.

I'd say for me... about 4-6. At 5'4" and 180lbs, I have a very hard time putting on quality mass. I'm fairly strong for my size, but my bench still sucks.

Good honesty in this thread... glad to see im not the only one who has to work like a bitch to see mediocre results!
Id probably give myself a 4.

I gave myself 7-9, I started off at 19 around 140lbs and a year later I was around 200 with the same amount of bf, now i'm stuck at 250 lbs

sounds basically identical to my scenario....good work though man!
5 I think. Great legs. wide shoulders small joints, can put on a lot in the chest and back, but my arms always suck.
Should of syntholed those puppies, but for now I no longer lift. I need all the cardio I can get
started at 6ft 130 at 18 y/o went to 6ft 220 ish at 22y/o my biggest. Now I am about 180 when I am lazy at 24 y/o, but I wana be 165 when I take a fight.

I'm going with a 7 as I've always had more success than my peers with lifting weights in terms of strength/muscle development and I've got a good frame with decent musculature (excepting that my right bicep peak is better than my left).
Definitely not an 8-10 though as I'm not naturally large or naturally strong which is something that seems to be far less common but it I have seen a couple of times.
im gonna go with 7 also, decent strength for my size, could be alot taller

I absolutly have above average genetics, went from 160->210 in a year and a half. Im hoping to hit 220 by the end of this year which would be amazing if I can pull it off!
