I know you guys can help me here so I would appreciate all input.
I'm 6' tall and 170 pounds. I have a little more body fat than I would like but I'm not fat at all.
I'm looking for all input to a diet that will help me gain but gain properly.
I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio as often as possible.
I have had appetite issues in the past but they seem to be all but gone now.
