What's up guys. So here's what's going on.

On tuesday I picked up my last of three vials of test e for my 15 week cycle. I pinned 1ml of oil into my left glute everything felt fine but a couple minutes after it started to feel uncomfortable but wasn't really painful.

The next day I woke up and omg I could hardly walk it was a little swollen at the site and red in diameter. I was kind of scared of possible infection till today. The red is gone and the pain has subsided a bit. I think I may have injected to quickly. Also the first ten weeks I was taking 250mg shots and this stuff is 300mg . Anything I can do to help with the pain.

Thanks bros

Try cutting it with some sterile oil. What size of pin are you using ?

use the 22g to draw...get yourself some 25g...
draw the gear up ....run the barrel of the syringe under hot water..
swap pins to 25g and go..
massage when done.

is this the first shot from that batch? I agree w/theboss in using a smaller needle to inject, but that much pain and swelling isn't just from a slightly bigger syringe. You can also try cutting it with another steroid. so for example if you are using tren with it, or have 2 types of test mix them in to try and dilute it (so if you're doing 500mg of test/week use 250 of the painful test and 250 of another batch of test). otherwise you can try filtering and baking the gear to burn off some bacteria (we're have a discussion on that topic in another thread)

No kidding - try some T400 - ouch. Cutting it is a great idea but I've never figured out how to find sterile oil either. I just cut it with some other juice like Var or EQ cause I'm always on a stack.

Hope they don't all hurt like that bro. I had a whole cycle of pain once and was just to cheap to give it up.

to help the pain besides needle changover and heating the oil/syringe inject slowly about 45 secs for every ml you inject, it will help disperse the oil better then massage

First few weeks when you just start hurt like a bitch. But after 2-3 weeks its less and less. Always heat the vial in a small glass with tap hot water for 3 mins. Change the water to new hot tap water. wait 3 min. THen it will be nice and warm and a lot lot smoother to inject and eady to draw. When i didnt heat it i thought i sat on a ****ing harpoon the next day. But when i double heated it its perfect now.

That's a great idea thanks I'm going to try that. So I did my right side on Saturday and it was still kinda sore but not as bad as the prior shot. I warmed the plunger under hot tap water for a bit and injected super slow. Plus I take 1 ibuprofen a day and its pretty tolerable....thanks for the input guys I appreciate it.

I got post injection pain just about every shot my first cycle.. I dunno if I'm just intolerant of the BA or what...

I warmed the gear, injected VERY slowly... BUT I didn't have a steady hand.. I think that can contribute to the post injection pain.. the needle moving in and out, from side to side, even if it's very slight movements, I think it can bruise the muscle.

I also found pain was dependent on where I shot. Further up on my glute it always hurt the next few days.. if I went down a little lower, it didn't hurt nearly as much.. but that's getting risky in that area. Also have to make absolutely sure the muscle is 100% relaxed.. if it's flexed at all, that'll contribute to the pain (as I found out the hard way numerous times).

One strange thing for me is I actually got 'the cough' a couple times... coughing my lungs out, feeling like shit the next day, lungs hurt... thought that was only supposed to happen with Tren!

Anyway, it will get better.. it might still ache for a few days post injection but it won't hurt as much the first few times.
