my buddy is going nuts about this stuff. has anyone tried, or have opinions? apparently its only effective at 600mg ED, so a bottle would last 10 days.
personally i think its bunk.

I've just picked up a couple of bottles to try...below are the dosage recommendations from Emeric;

For non active people with low daily stress 200mg per day, with high stress 300mg per day, people with anxiety attack 200mg emediatley it happens.
For old people with complect memory last 600mg per day.
For people with high blood sugar or high insulin levels 300mg per day.

For bbs 300mg to 600mg per day, dipending on how heavy and hard is the training.
