How much more do you find you can train while on vs off? How to you adjust your workouts post cycle to take into account the test drop? If you could give me some examples of workout frequency and volume (hitting the same body part 1x vs 3x a week??) etc that would be great!

I take it post cycle you have to cut some volume and frequency and all you can do it give er 110% and see what happens?

Can we keep it to being on a test only cycle... or something very close just to keep things simple(r).

:yeah

I train basically identical other than just no longer taking my body to complete failure every training session!

I feel like I can train everyday while on and when I am off I need a couple days a week of rest. I know its psychological but when I am on test for example I feel like I can always go for the extra set

i get more sore while off...and i drop my weights 10% but try to go for a few extra reps when doing so...really kills me though

man best post/view ratio EVER! 4/3! hahaha

Alright so being on doesn't necessarily mean you can hit the same body part 3x per week lol, im so confused when it comes to BBing my legs are trained EVERYDAY except saturday now its just great... you guys do the opposite! I better watch myself so i don't over train upper...

yeah over training is a BBers worst enemy :)..you know this wouldn't happen if there was no "off" scenario lol!
