Anyone here amature box, or just rec. boxing?

I just joined a club here in Calgary and am pretty excited to start... Was thinking about doing the Muay Thai thing, but all the clubs here are packed! Figured I would still get a decent workout from some boxing and learn a couple skills that might come in handy every now and then haha.

Boxed from teh age of 5 (ish) to 17 (ish) GREAT way to stay in shape. If you are looking to have some 'skills' make sure you put n the gear and do some sparring with the other guys there. Dont need to go 1000% trying to kill eachother, but there is no better training than the real thing, or as close to it as you can get.

And yeah, Muay Thai is like MMA right now, the style of the day, so their gyms are packed. Good for the sports, but lame to the guys who have been training for years who suddenly have to share ring space with 50 clueless new guys lol

tren is the suck for boxing(and endurance). tren will have negative effects on your cardio.

EQ, masteron, winny, test are some of the compounds fighters test positive for....which makes one believe they are suitable for such activities.

i train a lot of muay thai and i find low frequent doses best. right now i am doing prop/mast 25mg EOD, primo 10mg/day, gh 3iu/day and getting good results. mind you that is my focus, i only train with weights twice per week and it is always in the 12-15rep range.

check out Mike Miles school in your area for muay thai. it should be decent, he has a good rep.

Ive trained with Mike Miles before, and even tho he is a good trainer, hes a shitty person and refuse to train with him anymore. And his gym is absolutly packed!

How badly will the tren effect my endurace? Would you suggest I switch compunds? Ill be taking 75mg, eod.

lol, actually yes i have. that coveted bodybuilding burn is the enemy in fighting sports. a 200mg shot of anything will leave my calves screaming after 10mins of skipping (and fried shoulders like you mentioned). thats why i use such low doses.

thats funny about mike miles bro, he kinda looks like wiener. i guess he is.... has a lot of exposure tho. trying to practice in a cramped space is def the suck.

try the tren out and you will find out pretty quick, i am sure it is diff from person to person. if it kills ur cardio just stop taking it. winny is wicked but it can lead to tendon complications.

I'll run the tren and see how it works with me, its tren ace so its not big deal if I start to have problems.

Yea mike def has a lot of exposure, and knows what he is doing, but he thinks the world revoles around him, ****in douche if you ask me!

id highly recommend not using the tren and boxing for reasons TBS said
IMO stick with LOW doses of test and eq with an anti a like aromasin
maybe masteron or primo

Just started boxing again recently. I use to box years ago and loved it. Amazing work out. Almost impossible to maintain a bodybuilder look if you take it up seriously, but you'll get in incredible condition. I've found that after years of weight training I like the look of a boxer better (so does my wife, lol). I'm on a LOW dose of test and some GH and am getting in shape real fast. Dropped about 12lbs this last month and feeling GREEAATTT!
