Could I just take a double serving once a day and still have it work the same?

i doubt you will absorb as much if you do that. one in the morning and one postworkout is what i find works best for me.

I took 5g with a shake about an hour ago. Feel a little bloated. That has nothing to do with the creatine though right?

I've never taken mono before. Only SizeOn.

My stomach has settled now. Was just odd feeling bloated as I never get that way. Nothing worth changing over... at this point at least.

Oh, for creatine is your muscles supposed to look fuller? I didnt' notice that with the sizeon (got too much body fat anyway) but they felt rock hard all the time.

Sure if you like shitting your pants when you think you have to fart...

Just take 5 grams pre workout (at least 90 minutes) and post workout. On non training days, take 5 grams. For sure in 3 weeks you will notice fuller looking muslces. If you have stomach problems which is possible, you will get paseed it. When I take a week off creatine and start up again, the first few doses usually make me feel like I gotta hit the can for a "download".

follow the creatine protocol outlined in the Palumbo diet. 5 grams with meal 1 and 5 grams with meal 4

Is that wrong?

Yep. Get up, take a piss/shit, brush my teeth, weigh myself. After the first few weeks of keto I'm gonna just weigh myself twice a week. I can easily get caught up in the numbers game and lose motivation.

take with food. Does cause some bloat. Creapure is one of the best mono's. Works very well. I only use 5 grams a day, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and never loses its effect.
