Sounds like gastrointestinal bloating. Perhaps a diet alteration is in order?

Nope not bloated, just full of food man:)

I just downed 3 cups of yams, 2 cans of tuna and 1 cup whole wheat pasta. I need to eat lots to gain weight. 300protein/4000cals is maintanance for me not bulking, sucks.

5 months ago i was 180 pounds and right now im 215 pounds. It took me 300protein/5000cals per day to put on the weight so going up to 230 will require a lot more food.

I keep it clean for the most part, but after legs i will eat anything in sight for the first few hours just to recover, again mostly good food.

definitely, and probiotics...i find it helps immensely...be prepared for some gas until you get used to it....
works great
get good probiotics, real good ones are expensive and refrigerated....

Wow that's a lot for enzymes.

I use probalac from superstore for like 8 bucks a bottle. Did me wonders for bloat and bad gas.

How do those enzymes work for ya? You think your stuff is worth the cash you spend each month? If so im interested to hear more dude.

Thanks.

to be honest im not sure they work any better...he explained that the bacteria die on the shelf and that you end with about 25 percent of what they say on the bottle...the ones i bought are like 30 billion active bacteria as opposed to a few million...maybe he was a good salesman, but he actually sent us to another store to buy from them if we didnt like his.....
i think the enzymes are the best bang for the buck.....i know my bloating has completely dissappeared since trying probiotics and enzyme combos...ill try the superstore brand next to see if anyhting changes...if not, definitely ill buy the cheaper ones...

A gastro doctor told me they're a waste of money because your stomach acid destroys them all.

The superstore probiotics are 6 billion per cap and brand name is PROBACLAC just so you know.

I take 1 before most meals, say 5 a day right now. More food=more caps for me......lol

Pinaple juice before each meal as well cause those enzymes help as well, really healps when i eat steak:)
