Is there a big difference between 3 or 4 months cycles recovery wise.. Would it be wiser to do 2x 3months cycle a year or 1x 4-5 month?

get baseline blood work try it a couple of times, check your blood work and let us know.

it differs for everyone....you gotta try it out and figure out what works for you!!!

This question really boils down to your objective(s) above all.

Some guys are just as happy hitting a couple of small cycles per year, while guys like me can endure 6 months, 12 month cycles during their time. I am also very big on small aggressive short acting cycles such as 12 weekers (3 months).


It really depends on what you want to do.

Im still on my first cycle, but for my need and what i know. EQ & low test seems to work well.

Im on 300 test & 600 EQ right now, day 7 and I already see a lots of change.

Really? Is it test prop? Even so it would be pretty strange to see much change that fast.

Anyway, I like long cycles. The one I'm on now is about 3 years - lol
Just test e though most of the time then throw in some stack once in a while. PCT sucks but you gotta do it sometime right?

Test prop yeah. When I say much change, is mostly a little more strength at the gym. nothing that obvious.

the longer the cycle the better for this kid, 6 month + :) does wonders for me. Tried the "shic" cycles 4-8 wks in length back in the day, worked "ok" but just not as effective as long cycles (for me).
