I started my first injectable cycle today. Front loading the first week then I will be running 500mg of test E for 15+ weeks. With Havoc as a kickstart (just becuase I have it on hand, and respond well to it), and Dbol on weeks 6-10 (or sooner) Nolvadex is on hand aswell. More then likely going to taper off.

Last winter I ran 8 weeks of havoc with cyclotren. Had only minor sides like a bit of acne. I made lots of progress in a short time and I am looking forward to some good gains.

Onto the first pin....:D EpicPhaill #1

So I had my bro come over to show me the ropes again and make sure I was doing everything right. Everything was going super smooth. My fiance was even watching over the proceedings. I was feeling good, my hands were rock solid. No shakes at all. Preped the pin and my glute and I am ready to rock. 2cc's to start things off.

Put the pin in and start injecting. Feeling pretty confident 1cc done np. Get down to .5cc left and it hits me. I start feeling very light headed. I let my bro know how I was feeling. Finished the injection and then LIGHTS OUT!:o Down I went. LOL. My buddy guided me down to the floor while he removed the pin. A minute later I awoke from a pleasent little dream and all was good. I think my next one will be done laying down.

Can't wait to get to the gym. I won't be able to sleep tonight.

Stats 207lbs @ 6'1.5"

It was good for your first time broseph.. you went from Rock solid... to as light as a feather haha! My first time was way shakier... Its only gonna get easier chief! I just cant wait to see you blow up like a MAH****A! Text me how sore you are tomorrow lol

Figure I'd throw up a quick update.

About 1 1/2 weeks in and feeling pretty great. I have put on 8lbs so far, and can feel my strength and endurance picking up. I am sure mostly from the Havoc. Can't wait for the test to fully kick in. Should be fairly soon. Lower back pumps suck!

Second and third pin were a walk in the park. Just that first one that got me. Second went in my other glute, and the third into my delt. Next too no soreness in either spot.

I had awesome results from a very similar cycle, sucks about your first pinning at least you did it smart and had people around. Enjoy and good luck!

Thanks. I find it hillarious when I think about my first pin. Puts a smile on my face.

What were your overall gains from your cycle?

I did 13weeks and went from 200.1 - 220 for my on cycle peak, that was 12 weeks ago now and im sitting at 215.4 this morning and my lifts are all above where there were while I was on, had a big drop off during PCT but everythings back to normal now!

Just pinned about half hour ago and absolutly no pain, just pumped to go to the gym in about an hour. I am hoping to get my weight up to 240 this winter, with a pretty clean bulk. Trying to eat lots of good foods, and keep away from to much junk.

Update

Starting to really fill out nicely. I am getting more vascular and my wieght is going up. I weighed in @ 222 today. Aside from stomach bloat I am having no real issues or sides. All of my lifts are improving at a nice rate. Endurance is up big time.

I set a deadlift goal of 30reps with 315lbs. My starting point is 14 reps. hopefully the lower back pumps won't be to harsh.

Test is starting to kick in nicely.

Today was chest day. Last week on flat bench I did 5 reps of 275lbs, and this week I went 6 reps @ 295lbs. Then 3 @ 315lbs . Tricep workout was skin busting aswell. I am just stoked on this program.

Update;

Everything is going very well so far, and almost 5 weeks in. Training is lots of fun again. I will be starting dbol within the next 2 weeks, so my weight should take a jump. Right now I am still sitting around 230lbs. All my lifts have huge improvements already, and look like this.

My bench has always been my strongest lift. I got up to a single @ 405 last winter and can't wait to see what it will go to this winter. My knee was giving me a lot of trouble since last winter everytime I went to squat, but since starting I have had zero issues with it so far. Still not pushing myself as hard as I could on squats, with the fear of injury. But if all goes well in the next few weeks, I'll have to pour it on. I would like to be over the 405 mark with squats.

The only sides I am having are very mild acne, and a little more aggressive then normal. Nothing serious. I am very mild mannered.

234lbs today. My arms,chest and legs are more vascular now then when I was 205lbs this summer! No sides, and I feel fantastic.

Bumped my intake up to 600mg/week, and started dbol yesterday.

Well first off, I did a terrible job keeping this log up to date. So I will just give it a quick run through on my last month and a half.

The dbol run was pretty good. However I couldn't wait to get off of it. Lower back pumps suck! All of my lifts were improving quite nicely. About a month ago I popped my knee warming up for squats, so I stuck to easy leg workouts (leg press, reverse hack squats, light leg extensions) for around 2 weeks before giving squats another chance.

I did some thinking on how my knee would pop and this is what I came up with. When warming up 135X10, 225X10 I wouldn't take the time to set up and contract my legs before doing the negative part of the rep. Then when I went to press my knee would go from relaxed to flexed driving the weight up. I have since fixed my form on squats and the way I approach even the light sets.

The last few weeks I have had a sore front delt. Then after putting in a few heavy days it gave out. It's really sore now, and all I will be able to do for the next two weeks is legs and abs, and hopefully some upper body. I will just have to take it easy and play it day by day.

Have been blasting on the legs for the last couple of weeks due to a shoulder injury, and the results are starting to show.

425 X 2 squat today. It's a PR for me. Also I did 235 X 30 last Friday, and then 245 X 25 again on Tuesday. Might make a video next Friday and go a little heavier.

Bodyweight is at 241lbs. I will be starting to taper next month. Currently running @ 750mg a week.

Current bodyweight is 246lbs. I think most of it is due to doubling up on legs for the last 3 weeks straight. They are taking a beating but I am seeing good results from it.

Starting my taper today. Dropping down to 500mg this week. Its a hard choice to come off, I am still making good gains with everything right now. I guess the sooner I come off the sooner I can get back on.

Next cycle will be a classic t&t. Can't wait for the night sweats!

Feeling great. I think doubling up on quads every week has been a great idea for me. Made the most gains in the last month then ever before.

Well my first day dropping down to 250mg a week. A Little sad about that. haha

Squated today as a double up day

135X10 warm up
225X8 warm up
315X8 warm up

405X8 New personal best with no spotter. I think I had 10 in me

315X21 New personal best. Don't think I have ever done over 13. It was a hard walk back to the cage.
