wow what a shock, i thought he would be top 5 for sure. he played the size game and got rocked, soft and watery.
if he had kept his phsique from last year wouldve done much better, glad to see that the judges are looking more the conditioning then just pure size.
also tony x freeman didn't look good at all, and victor needs to bring his legs up.
i think if branch keeps his legs where they at and brings up his upper body or trains legs a bit less and brings up his upper body with same level of conditioning he's gonna be a big time threat next year.

Branch is just about my favourite personality in bodybuilding. That said I think we may have seen close to the best he has to bring to the stage this year. He has been competing as long as Jay and has worked hard and consistently to get to where he is.
He can certainly win his fair share of the pro circuit but to win the Olympia will require a good day for him and a bad day for his competition. It could happen but I don't foresee a dominating win like the one Jay pulled off this year.
I reserve the right to be completely wrong but Branch trains like an animal and his conditioning was spot on. I don't know how he can be dramatically better.

better with time, he's young still i think 31 maybe wait till he's 34 or 35 he can only get better, will learn his body better what works for him what doesn't.
i think he's muscular enough to win it, maybe his back width a bit more and arms and legs can stay where they at or even rip some more muscle of them.
he comes in with those fixes next year with same level of conditioning and its gonnna be tough for the rest of them if they are not dialed in.
huge relief for him he works out soo hard, good for him.

as much as size is important, you can't get anywhere without conditioning. I like Wolf, but he was off.... i wonder what he did that turned out so poor in the end, he's always been in much better shape. sometimes screwing around and testing a new theory will burn you, unless you try it out in a contest that isn't as important, work out the kinks and then use it

simple he worked with chad and played the size game why would he need to add like 24lbs of muscle or i should say weight in one year, 2lbs per month of lbm i doubt it, end result hold water, higher body fat. can't do that shit at the olympia.
i think if he comes in 10lbs lighter next year and dry as a leaf he will be a threat.
