General Observation: People are unfit

Well CBB I have to share a little personal story today.

So I was watching some friends play intramural waterpolo. Nothing serious like intense waterpolo where people claw each other. It has been along time since I been near a pool because frankly they disgust. Perfect setting for bacteria.

ANNNYYYYWAYS, I really had no clue how fat, scrawny, and sickly some guys and gals are. Almost every single guy in this game looked like they were from Ethiopia, and I would suggest that most women start to do some lung, squat, and leg curl work.

Seriously? Not everyone wants or needs to look like Arnold, but since when did pale and scrawny become the new tan and athletic?

There's little pride in one's appearance it would seem for the majority of people. I think they care as long as they have it, and its easy (ie age 17-25). But once it means going to the gym, or watching what they eat, most bow out. I see people who are fit and look good, and am inspired. What do others think when they see someone better than themselves? Are they simply jealous and that's as far as it goes? Who knows what breeds such apathy.

or they blame it on genetics (their own), chemical enhancement etc.

What i don't get is a woman who will spend all kinds of time, effort and money to make sure her hair and makeup are just right and yet her body looks like shit. It sickens me how the girls today are masticating endlessly.

Don't see a whole lot of the Ethiopian look, but fat, lots and lots of FAT!!
