there's a rubber stopper under the cap

the blue plastic top is a protective piece for shipping/storage. flip it off and underneath is the rubber stopper you saw before. I'd say what ever you had before already had the plastic top removed.

i only use PH due to legality issues...the igf-1 is for my pct right now. i've never injected anything before.
not quite ready to switch to the dark side yet ;)
