My gf has low testosterone, low estrogen and low progesterone. This is a result of being on birth control for many years. BC is a scary drug once you know all about it.
She also has elevated SHBC as a result of BC. All levels are low now that she is off BC. Nettle root is supposed to bind to SHBG and therefore leave more sex hormones free. Anyone have any input on this?
