Im not sure why or how, but I react SO MUCH better to Kre-Alkaline Creatine, and even some brands of CEE than I ever have to a straight monohydrate. I recently started using Purple K after a pretty long hiatus from PH creatines and I effing love it. Totally worth the extra cash to me, as I get none of the associated sides that I always get from regular mono.

Maybe its just in my head, but this product works very well for me where others have fallen way short.

I was under the impression that Kre-Alkaline Creatine was all hype and no go.. any science behind it?

I dont even care if there is science behind it or not. I can definitely feel a difference when using it.

I am posting some really good numbers considering I took several weeks off training for hockey camp and lost a good portion of weight during that time.

I am still taking a mix of mono & Cee bulk, and Im not sure if it really help.

Is creatine really important to take? Like, between a multi-vitamin and creatine, which is more important? I always go with the vitamins.

I had some size on and noticed a strength increase, expensive stuff though and I didn't like that it was full of sugar.

Creatine works.....just buy the cheap mono, not the expensive stuff with sugar in it...

vitamins, depending on your diet, prob aren't doing that much for you...if anything...

creatine by a long shot. I`ve said it before and will say it again, multi`s suck. Buy your stuff seperately and dose what you need when you need it... I really think you can get what you need what the vitamins whould give you from food, but getting 5 grams of creatine a day from food is almost impossible.

How much are my lifts really gonna go up from creatine though? SizeOn is like $50... I'm guessing bulk blends would be like $30 for 1000g

Your bulk price is correct. Your bench will most likely go up 10-20 lbs. Training without creatine in my mind is simply not worth it.

Will bulk blend creatine have any carbs in it? I'm starting keto. SizeOn has sugar and carbs in it.

Just buy bulk, monohydrate. There will be no carbs in it. But many will say it works better with carbs. I`d still take it anyways.

I gotta buy from a supplement store, so I will have to see what they have. I'll drop my multi then for it. Can't afford both.

I always double the dose, but the strength it gives is awesome. Beats mono any day.
