:popc2Been training very very hard for the last 6 months. Mostly 5 and 6 days a week. Not much rest. Working a tonne of hours more than i usually do (60 hours this week). Anyways i didnt have anything to do at the gym but overtain so i took the day off everything. Just been relaxing, researching, posting, and watching shitty movies. But its such a nice feeling to take a total day off of everything. I even told my woman im not coming by im staying home and being a vegetable. lol....

I take a week off every 2 months to heal/recoupe and it's hard to do, but needs to be done.

I havent intentionally taken more than 4 days since I started working out. I do however try to sleep 12-14 atleast one night a week... its all about sleep for me... taking a week off for vacation or whatever has never helped me... i always need a few days to get my strength back after I take a break.
holy tav you are lookin skinny....are you tryin to become a ethiopian or something?? must be all the time off from the gym! :) I usually take a week off every 2-3 months...works wonders for the joints

Yes it takes me a few days to get strength back up, but i lift to failure every workout so a week off every 60 days feels great plus ive noticed when i get back and get my strenght back up i can lift more weight.
I get 6-7 hours sleep per night and a 1-2 hour nap during the afternoon.
Yes i need more sleep.:(
