The ****ing price of laundry soap has doubled since the "recession" has come about WTF ? Went to superstore to get some items and noticed that it was on sale for 7.98 ( which was the price before the "recession") with the non sale price being 14.99 , gee thanks for the sale price assholes ......Its not fun getting crammed in the ass with no courtesy of lube to deaden the burn

100% agreed. I went to walmart and the 15 year sale was on 9 bucks for laudry soap. What a deal. NOT. **** paying 15 is highway robbery.

Well what's worse...

When they "launch" a new product.. 9 times out of 10, they just repackage, maybe recolour the original product.. and water down the old product... and charge you more :)

alot of products are like this... Ie. razor blades.. when they "redesigned" they just slowly make the original package a bit more dull... take out the expensve packaging... and then launch the "new" product... in nice shiney packaging again.. and they slightly dull down the old blades...

you boys sure your not just buying the fancy new 2X concentrated stuff? cuz that would make sense if it was double the price

Being in the restaurant industry myself, I have seen a SIGNIFICANT increase in cost also.

Rice for example has gone up 300% since 2 years now...(ok this is where I swear) UN****ING REAL!!!!

yup. cost of living is skyrocketing and employers aren't doing shit to compensate for it. way to stimulate the economy ****wads. retailers can lick my nuts.. they make excuses for raising prices on standard items... blaming everything from gas prices to the 'recession'.

It should be mentioned that new car prices are WAY down... I saw something on the news about it. If you included financing, a new Nissan Sentra is $4000 cheaper than the exact same model 5 years ago...

IF you do have the cash flow, now is a good time to buy a new car or lock into a fixed rate morgage.
