**** were polar opposites i think im eating way to much this time around. I thinking about dropping a shake and some carbs. But besides the cycle did anything else change??? Feeling sick, stressed, shitty sleep? I thought that EQ was notorius for making you hungrier than hell. But thats just likely in some ppl. Everyones differnt. for ppl i know var,winn- murders apetite (a long with other orals, heard tbol the same) but never with t and eq

EQ wont hinder nor enhance anything including appetite in 4 days....Nor should test....are you feeling anxious about shots, or other influences going on in your life??Pushing extra hard in the gym, or maybe you are sick, tis the season......
Honestly i dont think it is the injectibles, if you were taking an oral, that would be my guess, but i dont think you mentioned orals...

**** IW makes a good point. Just for fun look at what your blood levels would be like on day 4 using a pct calculator. It takes 6 weeks to get into the full effect of inj. So after 4 days its the dreaded epic placebo. Dont feel bad placebo happens to me too man. I KNOW PPL who are 1-2 weeks in and think they have gyno already. Not likely.

Ive been feeling quite anxious.. i will push food for the next 2 weeks, and see what is happening from there. I am not pushing extra hard in the gym, I was thinking of taking my first two weeks pretty easy and increasing the intensity on week three.

You no i feel the same way when i begin a bulk or do a cut. I get so anxious and stressed out. What am i going to eat, worried about certain sides, thinking about too much things. Plus i stress out about everything little like shitty sets at the gym, or having to miss 1 meal or 1 day of training. Truthfully give it all you got but keep things very simple. And keep time for yourself to relax and clear your head.
Im worried about my performance at BJJ on this cycle, about gassing out faster, or my blood pressure. I need to Gain 10 pound only, no more. But I need to keep my cardio at the top.

eq increases RBC quite a bit doesnt it?? shoul be ok.. an if your jits classes are as rigouris (spelling?) as mine.. you shoul be able to avoi to much weight gain if you watch your weight and adjust your cals accordingly..

Im sparring light weight 160 & under, so I want to be 160 lean.
Im a dwarf, so 160lbs is pretty big for me.. I know most people here will say that i weight nothing, most people here are 200+. Im 5"5, so 160 very lean will be good for me.

When you know you should eat but feel sick about it try going for a quick run. Clear your mind and boost your metabolism. Once you've cooled off and are back home you should be craving food!
