600mg primo pw

500mg test prop pw

60mg anavar ed

Ok , end of week two , nothing much to report , good pumps at the gym , some strength increases (probably from prop)
muscles seem firmer all the time , general feeling of wellbeing
will update in 1 week.

(hoping to see signs of improvement in a couple of weeks)

A few of my stats are - age 39 5ft 7 80kg train 5 days per week 1 bodypart per session
i;e chest back legs shoulders arms

Meal #1 (Largest Meal of the Day)
6 Egg Whites
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Banana
Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement

Protein = 36 grams
Carbs = 45 grams
Fat = 13 grams
Total Calories = 515

Meal #2
3oz Sirloin Steak
8 oz. Sweet Potato
4 oz White Tuna

Protein = 70 grams
Carbs = 56 grams
Fat = 8 grams
Total Calories = 380

Meal #3
1 Cup of Brown Rice (Cooked)
4 oz Chicken Breast
1oz Peanuts

Protein = 49 grams
Carbs = 55 grams
Fat = 17 grams
Total Calories = 560

Meal #4 (Pre-Workout)
ON MRP
1 Rice Cake (with cinnamon)
1 Banana

Protein = 46 grams
Carbs = 47 grams
Fat = 4 grams
Total Calories = 417

Meal #5 (Post-Workout)
2 Scoops ON 100% Whey
2 Tablespoons of Glutamine
Multi Vitamin/Mineral Supplement
8oz Apple Juice

Meal #6
Salad with fat free Dressing
4 oz. Chicken Breast

Meal #7 (Just before bed)
8oz Cottage Cheese (Lowfat)

Don't seem to be dropping any weight (staying around the same)
been using this diet for around 3 weeks now
Do seem to be leaning out some , can i drop more cals without
sacrificing the ability to gain some lean muscle ?
And if so where from ?
Fairly lean all over and can see abdominals but can pinch maybe a
couple of inch of fat round midsection.
Have been skipping a bit of cardio though and hangin with Mr Guinness
of a weekend though lol
Appreciate any comments .

skipping cardio and drinking??? nice...if you wanna drop some pounds drop some carbs.. ditch the banana in meal 1 and 4..and cut your potato an rice in half... and quit drinking and skipping cardio..

When i say hangin with mr guinness it's only 1 can on a
friday night and 2 on a saturday (can't be that bad can it ?)
Your right bout the cardio though mma

Its not that bad but it will lower test levels, not sure how much so dont has me. You put enough effort into this, so why not get 100% back from what your putting into it?

Other then that keep us updated log looks good from your first post

Thing is with the cardio I always do legs on a sunday and try to
really blast them as they are not one of my stronger bodyparts
so by doing this they are really sore till about thursday.
Now I might be wrong but I always thought that after hitting
a muscle hard you should rest it to allow it to recover and grow
so I mean what can I do.
Been thinking of starting swimming.

Been thinking of starting swimming. this may sound a bit gay but when i would torch my legs id have a hot bath and then get a pretty hard leg massage....just dont let jersey give you the rub cuz i heard his hands like to wander if you know what i mean....

Good job. It's nice to see posts like this, someone with the tripple play diet/training/cycle planned out before hand.

My question for you, what are your goals? You're 175lbs correct? Are you trying to put on mass or lose fat?

A bit of both gsxr , trying to drop some fat while adding a bit of lean
mass , don't know my bodyfat percentage but can see abs , but
there again i can pinch maybe an inch over the top of them , maybe two
below bellybutton.
If i can shift this while adding a bit of lean keepable muscle i'll be a
happy man.
Prop and var are working but not sure how long it takes for primo
to take effect and when it does will i even feel it being it so mild ?
