hey guys I have been doing DC training for the last couple weeks and well im still sore (shoulders only) from mondays workout. So should i just ignore it and go at it or should i just wait it out?

I never train a sore body part, imo it just feeds the over training aspect. If your board go in and do some cardio, 4arms or something :) just a thought

i find it difficult to not train a sore bodypart. For example, my legs are always sore after leg day, and it makes deadlift harder, but after a few warmups, it isn't so bad.

I can't imagine being sore friday from mondays workout though (unless i took a bit of time off). If my leg day was monday, I would be due for another leg day by friday...

i lift 3 times a week and train mma 4-5 times a week.. im always sore... i think it builds muscular endurance..

just came back from the gym. I did my workout, took me a lil bit to get my head in the gym, but by the time i started my working sets I was good to go. Happy to say no injuries.
