I think the tight black pants are rather thinning :p

Nice deep squatting !

When you get under that bar pull your traps back and keep them tight ( maybe your doing this it's hard to tell from the video )

Chest up and ass out . Form a nice arch like a C .

Stay tight the whole way through . Take a deep breath ( in to your belly )and hold for most of the squat . If you do let out your air do it 2/3 rd's of the way up ( when your about to rack it ).

pretty damn deep! id say you could spread your feet further apart....your knees are tracking quite far over your toes.......

Not the ideal form. As Talo said you need to pull the back tight, chest out..better arch. You also need to push the knees out which will require wider stance and sit back further. The bottom position is scary..the lumbar-sacrum area starts to tuck at the bottom...this places alot of compression on the area which is now in flexion and in a very dangerous position. Hip flexibility should remedy that along with a wider stance.

Thanks bro, the light weight let me slack on form at the bottom but thanks for the pointers ill definitely implement them tonight when i go heavy.
