Hi, im on 2ius/day of 191aa. I take it in one shot and im fine until around mid afternoon and then i NEED a nap. Is there anyway to get around this? supplements, timing, Etc?

I only use 2-3 ius as well, and switched to afternoon shots to combat the lethargy for awhile...I wanted to do am shots, so i took a half a 200 mg caffeine pill mid morning, and it worked like a charm, no issues at all from then....hope it helps bro...

Just plan time for that nap, bruvvah, say pw. GH works best while you're asleep anyway.

How you do find the benefits of using 2iu/day? I'm just curious if a person should taking a bit more if they are going to get into this stuff. What do you guys think?

2iu-4iu/day=anti-aging dose. 6iu and above/day=Bodybuilding dose.

2-4 ius is also great for fat loss and well being , also adds a nice kick to a cycle...

I'm using it lean out during my cycle and to help keep some gains after pct. I will probably end up going to 4ius but cost is an issue. I;ve noticed improvements in my sleep, well-being, and skin/hair already. No body composition improvements yet but i've only gone through 30ius.

Also, i switched to late afternoon shots and the lethargy now comes at a more manageable time lol

Yup. As long as it's not underdosed, relabeled shit like most of the stuff on the market then it should be a great dose. A lot of people are probably just accustomed to crappy/fake GH and feel the need to use a larger dose.

All I've ever run was underdosed and possibly completely bunk GH aside from one 150iu kit. Same with IGF-1 as well. Ran 3iu a day for 5 days straight and weekends off. I definitely felt a change. At the end of my course I just ended up keeping a few 15iu vials on hand for emergencies. Anytime I felt a cold coming on or that my body was taking a pounding, I'd bang back a ton of GH and instantly recover. I may get a kit of two solely for this purpose.

I had massive lethargy using gh in the morning. I strictly take it at 8-9pm at night now, and can actually get work done during the day!
