Plan on running simple nolva PCT after light test cycle

40/40/20/20/20

I will have been on .5mg Adex EOD for the last 2/3rds of my cycle and should I continue it on through PCT? Or would that be overkill.

I'd stop it in this case.

Run a lower dose of Aromasin instead, maybe 12.5mg if you can break the tabs in half. Or just 25mg EOD. Hits the right estrogens, isn't very potent and binds to the ER receptor and retards them. You don't need much. Works very well for PCT. I plan on using it again.

Yes. Aromasin also doesn't have the precipitous drop-off that adex does. It leave the body gradually, allowing it to recover w/o going into estrogen rebound.
