Basically, I am sick and tired of eating bullshit boring ass food that makes me want to kill myself day in and day out.

Its time to step up and start making some dishes that require a bit of preparation and take more than one step (grill).

This site offers low sodium options that still taste good. Im gonna be making this low sodium chili tomorrow.

Why would you eat low sodium at anytime??? Unless you have a serious hypertension condition that is absolutely the worst thing to do.

I couldn't agree more with Praetorian!

i add salt to most of my sports drinks (esp. when playing hockey) it helps with hydration

if i eat too much salty food i start to blow up. retain water on sodium rich foods if i dont watch what im eating.

most of the ingredients in chili if you buy the canned, or pre mixes are LOADED with salt. i see no need for THAT much sodium in my diet.

Your water intake is too low if you are retaining.

If you are well hydrated then any excess sodium will be excreted...its simple.
The body regualtes electrolytes well as long as you drink adequate water.
I probably drink 2 litres in the gym alone...1.5 to 2 hours....that leaves approx 16 more hours daily with only 2 litres yikes!!!
