I tried searching.. kinda... didn't put much effort into it actually...

Anyway, what's the maximum cc of oil each muscle can hold?

I've personally never put back more than a couple mls in each large muscle group. A ml for smaller muscles like triceps and biceps.

There are plenty of sites to pin. Nothing feels more uncomfortable and regretful than pinning too much and realizing that it's going to take a week or so before things get better.

i've heard 3cc's for glutes and 2.5 for delts but it really depends on the person.. some people may only able to handle 2cc's in delts if their delts are small.. maybe less.. its too vague to say for sure numbers when peoples muscle size differs so much

ok.. sounds like the glutes should be able to handle 2.5cc. guess i'll know soon 'nuf.

I do 3.5 in the gluts without any problems and I tried 3 cc's in the delts and I don't think i will be doing that again..hurt like a bitch for a few days

3.1415927 cc's.

I've rotated 3 ml's through delts, quads, glutes and ventrogluteals without dying.

Only place I wouldnt do over 2ml's would be arms, but 3ml anywhere else is totally fine unless your small....no offense, lol.

The official nursing guidlines say max 3cc's

I never go above 1cc in the bi's or tri's and usually not above 2ccs in the butt. I choose to not go higher because of discomfort when i do.

I find the volume of juice even up to about 3ccs doesnt cause discomfort int he quads. But some ugl gear can be quite painful even in small shots.

I will do :
3cc in each glute
3cc in each quad
1.5 cc in each delt
1cc in each bi
2cc in each trap
2cc in each lat

too scared to try calves

have yet to try triceps

thats a guideline that includes regular guys and girls though.. you guys gotta keep in mind that a 90lb girl isnt going to have the same mass to inject into as a 200lb bodybuilder..everyone is going to be different

Ya my sister said 3mL is correct

My thoughts are that it doesnt have to do with mass exactly, but damage to the fascia. I dont know for sure but this makes sense to me.

I go with:
1.5-2ml for delt
2-3ml for glutes

I think you'll start to feel it too if your injecting too much into one area, but i'd try to keep the injection volume as low as possible. Maybe even do two shots in different muscles if your unsure. "better safe than sorry" haha!

My opinion is that it is good to rotate injection sites.
a) so you don't have all the scar tissue in one muscle
b) so that the oil can't possibly accumulate in one area of your body
c) so that the other muscle isn't so sensitive if you have to inject into a new spot.

I don't used to just do quads and glutes, but i'd do it in a pattern.
Right glute, left quad, left glute, right quad.

^^all good points, for sure. i'm just really nervous injecting into my quads because of all the horror stories i've read... blood squirting out, nerve twitches, post injection pain and swelling, etc.

when i did my 1st cycle, i only did glutes, twice a week. a week was usually enough time for each muscle to heal for the next injection, however that was only 1cc.

it sounds like the glutes can handle 2.5cc easily from what everyone's posted, but i'm betting everyone here rotates more injection sites.

i just might order some shorter 25g pins and move past my fear and try quad injections. i'll have to do some reading on it though to make sure i get the right spots to limit my chances of hitting an artery or nerve.

Once you do your quads you'll probably enjoy it more than glutes. I do for sure. I just sit on my bed with my legs out and my back against the wall and then go for it.

It's easier to see what your doing, and you can aspirate easily ect. I've actually had a sore ass more than I have had sore quads.

These should help:

You use 1" or 1.5" for thighs?

I just rotate delts. I dont do ass because Im paranoid of hitting my sciatica. I know the chances are remote but the thought freaks me out.

Ive done queds, bicep, calves. All retardedly painful. Delts = pain free and functional.

as a general rule 3cc's in any muscle. Glutes can handle more, I have heard up to 5cc's but I have never done more than 3.
