You can't beat B12 injection.

sublingual will be available at most pharmacy otc, we sell it for 10$ + tax here. you just let it melt under the tong and 3 min later you feel a sudden rush of energy that last about 3 hours. there is not crash but you can feel it wearing off a bit. and sudden increase of appetite.

the jameson product is 1000mcg of methylcobalamin

I put one of these under my tongue right before my workout, aside from the pain giving me a good kick, i seemed to have better focus and endurance during my workout. It was likely a placebo, but I had one of the best back/bi works Ive ever had today.

Believe me man, no placebo.. It works great for me.. but I would not take more than 1 a day, its pretty potent stuff.. I took 3 a day for 3 days when i discovered the effect and started to have very weird headache during exercises. So i stick to 1 preworkout now.. How much did you pay?

It was $6 for 30 strips.

I dont think you'd have headaches from these strips, people inject 10X more B12 than these, not to mention people that weigh 100lbs and dont train are ok taking 1 of these a day.

I know I've said this probably too many times, but B12 supplementation does not work. There's zero clinical evidence showing it does and there's a ton of literature on it.

For gods sake, A Nobel prize was awarded for B12 research; this shit isn't new.

Give it a rest.

If B-12 does nothing, why would doctors prescribe it?

If you are refering to oral administration, i see what you are saying, however Im refering to sublingual administration which is proven effect to administrate straight into the blood stream. Maybe not as efficient as IM injection but better than oral injestion I presume.

They prescribe it for anemic patients with a genetic disorder and for people who are stubborn and want it. They have no qualms doing it because you can't hurt yourself with it and would rather write the script and move on to the next patient then to argue with you and potentially have you move to another GP.

I've heard arguments that knock pretty much every suppliment out there, from creatine to glutamine to b-12 now. You name it, and people with claim it dont do shit.

Regardless, I think everything is worth a try, i cant imagine hundreds of BB'rs are pinning B-12 for no reason at all.
