just thought i'd give my take on trainers....
THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY
unfortunately a lot of them don't know jack shit, so its very important to do your homework, find the right person who knows what they are doing. i found mine through word of mouth, also i saw her competitor win his class, and also some of the other ppl she trains... big jacked up mofo's with minimal BF
this new training style...very different from mine, but i cant argue with the results. only been doing the full routine for a week, my rear delts are already popping more than ever in my life. my cost of food has skyrocketed, but my muscles are pumped full and i still have a bit vascularity throughout the entire day.
as i attempt to do my excercises following her "proper form", i find myself less and less achy in my joints. on the other hand, i feel like someone beat me with a bar of soap and a sock after every workout, even though im lifting maybe 3/5ths of the weight i normally push. its actually a annoying, guys who weigh a good 30lbs under me, pushing more weight and giving me a little smirk, grrrrr
basically, what im trying to say is, spend a less on your gear and invest in a professional trainer.
im noticing changes in my physiqure already, the delts are popping more, etc... and its only been a week
(ps. this isnt a plug for my trainer, just trying to share my experience)
