Hey everyone,

I'd like to know what you think about the DC training as 'm trying this one for next to month.

I'd like to know if it's better to do one day on and one day off or like they say monday, wednesday and friday ?

I'd do one on one off if you can. But m/w/f if it's more convenient for you. I did it when it first came out, didn't mind it, but would suggest having a training partner or someone that is there to spot you all the time.
I did m/w/f and the week you do legs twice and upper once, I felt very flat. Didn't like that feeling.

Ok, I'l do one day on and one day off because i'm used to train 3 days on and 1 day off but will regular 7 days split.

The first day seems great I'l wait to see what's happening within next month.
